The promise is the manufacturer's, and only the manufacturer can open a claim under it. Our refund page describes the sequence but has no power to begin it.

Messages in that shape usually close inside one reply. Without them, establishing what to look at costs two or three exchanges before anything can be put right.
Order questions reach the seller, not us
Stating this bluntly saves you a day. No order exists on our side, nor any tracking number, payment record or customer account, and nothing bought passes through this site at all. Only the support address printed in your order confirmation can see a delivery, a charge or a refund.
What becomes of what you send
It answers your question and then does nothing further. Correspondents are added to no mailing list, nothing written is sold or handed onward, and threads are deleted twelve months after closing. Please keep medical details and payment information out of the email — neither is usable here.
